Please keep in mind, leasing started back in September, and our current tenants had the first opportunity to re-sign. As properties get rented, they're removed from the list. We will update the list regularly in order to provide you with the most accurate list.
If you notice "APPT" in the rent column, that means a lease has been sent out for that property. The prospective tenants will have 24 hours to complete the lease signing. It will then be removed from the list.
Current Tenants:
May tenants; you have received a move out letter/email. This covers "all things move out"; repairs, security deposit, cleaning, etc. Regarding trash; be sure to make arrangements in advance, the City offers special pick up, but it only takes place on Mondays. August tenants; you'll be receiving a move out letter/email in June/July.
May Move In:
The official move in date is Sunday, May 12th. While we do not offer any official early move in option, some places may be ready early. To check whether your place is ready, go to the HOUSE STATUS page. If your place appears to be ready, please call us to arrange key pick up; do not just show up at our office.
Remember, the entire 1st rent installment must be paid in full in order for anyone to receive keys.
Also, please contact all applicable utility companies and have the services transferred into a tenants name immediately upon move in to avoid shut off.
