2025-26 Deposits:
If you signed a lease for '25-26 you paid a portion of your deposit at signing, however, the remainder was due 1-15-25. Please refer to your lease to find the amount you owe and make payment asap.



Cold Weather Reminders:

DO NOT TURN OFF YOUR FURNACE This will lead to frozen/broken pipes & significant damages you will be responsible for.  If you have left & you think your furnace is off, contact us immediately.

All window A/C units should be removed & screens reinstalled.  Leaving your A/C unit installed during the cold weather leads to heat loss & high utility bills.  If not sealed properly, animals &/or bugs can also get it.  Once removed, put your screen back in the window.  Missing screens are a common charge on security deposits.

If you plan to be gone for an extended period of time, be sure to lock all doors and windows.  You may also consider taking valuables with you.  Be sure your exterior lights are operational and left on as well.

As noted in your lease, HRI will shovel all sidewalks during holiday breaks.  There is a minimal charge each time, but it's far less than the ticket you would receive from the City if you don't shovel.  You have the option to opt out, just keep in mind if you opt out you are opting out of the service during all breaks.
