Online Payment System
Thank you for visiting our online payment page.  Once you have an account you will be able to make payments by an e-check/ACH, debit, or credit card.  
The online system can be used to make rent, deposit, invoice and all other types of payments.

Helpful Hints when creating an account (detailed instructions are above):

  • We recommend using Google Chrome rather than Safari internet browser, and a laptop vs. a mobile device to create your account.​

  • If you do not have an account, click the link below the Login button that says "Don't Have An Account, Create One Now".

  • Select "Renter" as the type of account.​

  • Enter rental property address in the "Street Number" field.  Do not type "St.", "Ave.", etc. or the City, State or Zip.  
                    For example: If you live at 134 Gunson, East Lansing, MI 48823; just type "134 Gunson".

  • ​Complete the remaining fields, agree to the terms and conditions, and select "Create Account".

  • ​You do not need to enter a "Unit #" when paying or creating an account.

  • Once you create your account, you will receive​ a welcome email reminding you to verify your account.
                    YOU MUST VERIFY YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN 24 HOURS OR IT WON'T WORK




Few important things to remember when making online payments:

  • The online payment system is not a portal; meaning, it will not tell you how much you owe.  You input the amount you want to pay and when you want to pay it.

  • ​If you have moved from from one of our properties to another, please start a new account with a different email address for the new property.  This will ensure deposit and rent payments are applied to the correct property.

  • We recommend the ACH/bank account option, it only has a fee of ~$3.  You may use the credit card option, however, the fees can be ~3% of the payment.

  • Please pay the discounted amount when paying rent.

  • Payments can take 3-5 days to process.  You will be offered an "express" option for an additional fee, do not use this option, we can see the day you submitted the payment on our end.​

  • Most properties are paid in 3 installments, however, if you have a monthly lease and you setup Auto Pay, be sure to set a reminder to turn it off, otherwise the auto pay will continue to make payments on your behalf.​

Please be aware that this service is being offered through a (secure) 3rd party provider and all payments are subject to a fee at the time of payment. Fees are determined solely by the provider, not Hagan Realty, Inc. Fee information, terms, payment timelines, etc. can be reviewed upon login or by calling the customer support.

All payments are processed through the service provider, GoZego.com (formerly paylease.com); this is a secure website. ​

If you choose to use the Zego/PayLease system you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hagan Realty, Inc., its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, shareholders, agents, contractors and employees, from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees and court costs arising from or out of: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach or alleged breach of any representation, warranty or other obligation; (c) your violation or alleged violation of any federal, state, international or local law and any and all regulations, rules or ordinances; (d) the negligence or willful misconduct by you, your roommates or any other person using the service on your behalf; (e) any violation of the Terms; (f) your infringement of any intellectual property or other legal right of any person or entity. In the event you cause fines and/or penalties to be charged to Hagan Realty, Inc. you agree to reimburse Hagan Realty, Inc. immediately for said fines and/or penalties.
Any agreement entered into with Zego/PayLease, LLC. is subject to the terms set forth by Zego/PayLease, LLC. and these agreements are in no way related to Hagan Realty, Inc.  It is understood that Hagan Realty, Inc. and Zego/PayLease, LLC. are completely separate entities and are not under the same ownership or management.
